Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by BOUMZOUD LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

BOUMZOUD LLC provides technology development services including mobile app development, Shopify app development, and digital publishing solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for each project will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Not interfere with the proper functioning of our services
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems

Intellectual Property

Our Property

The content, features, and functionality of our website (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by BOUMZOUD LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Client Work

Ownership of work product created for clients will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for their projects.

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOUMZOUD LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOUMZOUD LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
